Yes, we all hear over and over what the real estate market is like, but it is not the same everywhere.  Here in Fayetteville, NC it is definitely a little slower than it was a couple of years ago, but we still have a lot of movement with a lot of people moving into the region.  Our biggest challenge right now is new construction versus existing homes.  Let us know what your biggest challenge is and how you are addressing it.
